What is a VIRTUAL SERVE Fair?

The biannual SERVE Fair is a service fair held each semester to secure service opportunities for service learning courses or individuals/groups desiring to serve in the community.  This semester the SERVE fair will take place via Zoom and students must set an appointment to meet with agencies to secure a volunteer opportunity.   Service Learning students must choose a site from their course's pre-approved list to receive SL credit and for transcript notation eligibility.

What can I do at SERVE Fair?

ENROLLED in a Service Learning course

At SERVE fair you will briefly visit with agencies to learn whether or not it is a good fit for you. You are seeking to gain an offer to fulfill your course service learning requirement at a particular agency. The placement period is from January 23 - February 7, placements should be secured by February 7 for students enrolled in traditional academic semester courses. Review Quick Guide to Navigating the SERVE fair for more detailed information.
